Refund policy

All jewelry items are non-refundable or returnable. Everything is final sale.

Exchanges /Damages issues
We are not responsible for items damaged after they have been shipped. Exchanges are only made due to our error must be made within 7 days of receiving the items. Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for an exchange. Please include your order number. If eligible we will be more than happy to switch it out. 
To start an exchange, you can contact us at saeangelic.co@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will notify you to send back the item. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item.

Once we receive the item we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the exchange item will be automatically be shipped back to address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
